Upon receipt of any application, we arrange a meeting with the applicant to determine the veracity of the application.

We take a variety of steps in order to ensure that the support provided by SOUL is not misused. This includes, among other things, visiting the house of the applicant and engaging with their neighbours. This meeting also helps us understand the unique and personal needs of each child.
